مجتمع صنعتی دوچرخه سازی قوچان بزرگترین تولید کننده دوچرخه در ایران و خاورمیانه با ظرفیت تولیدی 000و300 دستگاه دوچرخه در سال می باشد. این واحد تصنعتی در تاریخ 22/7/1377 با هدف نیل به خود کفایی ، استقلال صنعتی ، ایجاد اشتغال ، توسعه اقتصادی در منطقه ، صرفه جویی و کسب درآمد ارزی ، تولید انبوه خود را شروع نموده است.مجتمع صنعتی دوچرخه سازی قوچان با به کار گیری پرسنل و مهندسین مجرب و پیروی از قوانین موسسه استاندارد موفق به دریافت چندین نشان استاندارد ملی و جهانی مانند مدیریت کیفی، سیستم مدیریت محیط زیست و سیستم کنترل کیفی گردیده است. تولیدات این مجتمع با بهره گیری از کادر متخصص و برخورداری از سیستم های کنترل کیفی پیشرفته در زمینه طراحی و تولید دوچرخه پس از طی آزمون های دقیق موجب شده است تا در بازار مصرف همواره با استقبال گسترده مواجه بوده تا حدی که به دلیل کیفیت بالا و کارآیی مناسب قابل رقابت با انواع دوچرخه های اروپایی و آسیای شرقی می باشد. تمامی این موارد مرهون طراحی زیبا، رعایت دقیق مسائل فنی و قیمت مناسب محصولات می باشد.
History
The Bicycle Industrial Complex of Ghoochan (BICG) is the largest manufacturer of bicycles in Iran and the Middle-East region, with an annual capacity of 300,000 bicycle units. After a short trial period, the company started mass production in 1998. The main goals in establishing this company was to achieve industrial independence, increase job opportunities, and economical development in the region. Through employing expert personnel and by following and obtaining several international and national standards including quality management systems, environmental management systems, and quality inspection, the company has managed to manufacture a product which is readily comparable to the major bicycle manufacturing markets in Europe and East Asia. The 38 models of bicycles manufactured range from size 16” to 28” and include mountain bikes, city bikes, racing bikes, folding bikes, ladies bikes, tandem bikes and tricycle carriers. The products are presented to the market under the “Aassak” brand name. Over 87% of the parts are manufactured in Iran while the remainder is supplied through partnerships with such highly regarded companies as Shimano of Japan, and various respected Taiwanese manufacturers. The headquarters of the company is based in Mashhad. The BICG also has offices in Tehran, the UAE, and Venezuela. The combined workforce in the offices and the factory is 290 people. The factory is located on the 5th km of Ghoochan-Shirvan highway. It occupies approximately 200,000 square metres of land, 65,000 of which are buildings that include three production sections, storage, administration buildings, and a 20 suites guest building. The Bicycle Industrial Complex of Ghoochan has procured its 200 modern machinery from the market leading countries such as Italy, Holland, France, and Germany. The production lines can also be used for other industry projects, such as manufacturing automobile parts, or galvanizing, nickel-chrome plating, electrostatic liquid coating, and electrostatic powder coating of other industrial components. The BICG regularly exports goods to many countries, including, Turkmenistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Venezuela.
